寧菠小館の生態シェフ鄧玲如は、台湾の小規模農家と提携し、「当地産、旬の品を食べる」を理念とし、共同で多様な味わいの特色的な料理を練りだしています。 美味のためのみならず、よい食材を再認識してもらい、従来の方法とイメージを覆すことを重視しています。
「当店の商品の食材は全て台湾産です。」どの地方にもそれぞれの特色と名産があります。この最も自然な地方独特の原料を利用して、独創的な料理を作り、『健康』的な食材で『愛』のある料理を作り、お客様と美味を『共有』します。消費者に最も自然で、最も健康的なおいしい料理を召し上がっていただきます。

我們的產品全部食材都是MIT」,每個地方都有自己的特色及名產,運用這些最天然、最道地的原料,做出一道道創意美食,用『健康』 食材,煮出一道道『愛』的料理與客人『分享』美味,讓 消費者吃到最自然、最健康的美味好食。

With the concept of "Eat locally, eat in season", we cooperate in the development of specialty dishes with diverse flavors. The goal is not only to be delicious, but more importantly, to re-recognize good ingredients, subverting traditional practices and imagination.

"All the ingredients in our products are MIT." Each place has its own characteristics and famous products. Using these most natural and authentic raw materials, we make creative dishes, and use "healthy" ingredients to cook dishes. "Love" cuisine "shares" the deliciousness with customers, allowing consumers to eat the most natural and healthy delicious food.
