About us
洪師父は台湾１店舗のみです。5つの台湾牛肉麺コンテストで優勝したチャンピオンのお店で、幾度も国内外の料理コンテストで受賞しました。熱意、革新、厳選食材を経営理念とし、台湾牛肉麺の伝統であるスープのコク、肉の大きさ、麺のコシを維持しています。また、単に牛肉と麺を組み合わせるのではなく、新しい商品と味も開発し続け、牛肉の部位を選んで様々なスープと組み合わせ、醤油、塩味、激辛、牛肉3部位を使う三宝、牛スジと牛肉、5種の野菜等、多様な味の牛肉麺を練り出しました。
洪師父は、よく政府機関の招待に応じ、国内外のグルメイベント、記者会見、国内外メディアのインタビュー、見本市等に参加します。台湾の牛肉麺と言えば、必ず洪師父牛肉麺の紹介を目にします。
