  史上最龜毛的所長茶葉蛋-品牌故事

 

  故事源起於2001年擔任派出所所長的廖所長因為有感於同仁因上班地點偏僻,吃早餐不方便,開始以台南老字號的行家醬油滷製茶葉蛋給派出所同仁補充體力,後來廣受洽公民眾和騎單車車友好評,甚至受到新聞媒體的大力報導,使得所長茶葉蛋知名度在台灣家喻戶曉。

  在2010年,所長茶葉蛋正式成立。後來加入經營團隊,附了保留分享的初心,更在食材上加以嚴選。選用6個月大的M級尺寸雞蛋,均勻敲著每顆嚴選雞蛋的蛋殼,仔細拿捏各種中藥材的比例使其入味,進而導出一份SOP標準作業流程。

  多年來不斷自我要求與開發,逐步累積產品的製作經驗、創新與競爭力。希望能在提供美味、健康和高品質的服務之下,與社會、企業、員工間共同創造最大利益與福祉,並藉由一顆小小的茶葉蛋,繼續拉近人與人之間的距離。

 

Shriff’s tea egg originated started in 2001, the police station director Liao started to try boil the tea eggs by using local traditional soy sauce for his colleagues at any time since they were from distant locations and having breakfast was not convenient. Then, people who visited the police station started to spread out the tea eggs and become one of Taiwan’s well known food by news media. 

In 2010, Chief’s tea eggs was formally established. Then running by professional management team to keep the core value, but also with persistence of quality selection. We only use M-size eggs coming from 6 month-old chicken, knock the shell of the eggs smoothly and use special formula for Chinese herbal medicine to marinade the egg. Then to export a SOP standard operating procedure.

Over years of research development, we have accumulated enough experience with innovation and competitiveness.

Products

原味茶葉蛋- Original flavor tea egg

The most well-known and popular product of Sheriff Tea Egg. It takes 72 hours to produce using our exclusive herbs formula. The outside of tea egg is chewy texture, and the inside is surprisingly smooth.

辣味茶葉蛋- Spicy tea egg

This is the first brand of spicy tea egg in Taiwan, and it is popular with people who like to have their food in the spicy way. The soup inside the pack can be used to cook vegetable, noodle, and so on.

鐵滷蛋-Spiced Boiled Egg

Stir-fry and marinade manually to have the egg suck in flavor. The texture of Spiced Boiled Egg is between boiled egg and iron egg. The egg yolk tastes like silky texture and it is as smooth as cake. It is the most perfect choice for both children and the elder.

黑胡椒鐵蛋- Black pepper flavor Iron egg

Manually stir-fried and roasted by master. Its texture is chewy but not hard to consume. It has the smell of black pepper and is the best choice for people who like to have food taste heavier. The spicy flavor is extracted during the process.

爆汁方干(沙茶/辣味)- Super Juicy Dry Tofu(shacha/spicy))

We only use the US SSAP certified non-genetically modified soybeans as the main ingredient. Each pieces has sweet and mellow pure taste, and let you hard to stop consuming. There are Shacha flavor and spicy falvor that you can choose.
