Rinser/Filler/Capper

The filler adopts the convection filling type.
This filling principle can prevent product from pollution and increase filling speed.
The filler is suitable for tea drink, non-granule juice, mineral water, etc.
As filling, the product flowing back system can ensure the constant filling temperature.
The product liquid will re-flow to the recycle tank firstly, via the sanitary pump motion, through the pasteurizing equipment to pasteurize, and then back to the filling bowl. It is not suitable for
the temperature sensitivity products.

 

Filling/Forming of Aluminum-Foil Cap/Electical Heat Sealing Machine

This machine is suitable for filling non-carbonated beverage products inplastic containers with aluminum foil cap.
This machine integrates filler, aluminum foil cap forming machine and conduction type sealer into one block. The sealer equips with auto lift device, when error occurs, sealer will lift up automatically to prevent bottle mouth melted or burned from contacting with heat for a period of time.
There is sensor on aluminum cap chute to detect if cap chute is full of caps or not. If the cap chute is full, the cap forming machine will automatic stop accordingly. Machine is also equipped with temperature controller to allow adjusting and setting required temperature to apply different bottle
material.

 

Pasteurizer-Warmer-Cooler

This system is not only suitable for sterilizing and cooling wines, juice and energy beverages, but also for gentle heating of carbonated soft drink.
The machine is manufactured with optimum design according to varied production capacity, sterilizing temperatures, sterilizing times, distributed temperatures and cooling times.
The whole construction of the machine is made of SUS304 stainless steel materials and provided with protective safety glass at the entry and exit to prevent steam from leaking out, when the machine is in the sterilizing or gentle-heating process, the water pumped from the heating tank by the spraying pump to the tube heat exchanger and heated in the tube.
Heat water is injected from the spray nozzles to the beverage products.
The water is controlled by PID automatic temperature-control which can indicate the temperature status clearly and keep the temperature steady.
A filtering device is equipped at the inlet of the spraying pump for filtering dirt to avoid any clog in the spray nozzles.
A pressure gauge is equipped at outlet of the spraying pump for indicating the pressure of the injected water.
A safety device is equipped at the exit to prevent bottles from being over-jammed.
The stainless steel cabinet has a start switch, safety switches, an ampere meter, warning lights and temperature indicators.
