Products

HTST Pasteurization System

The plate pasteurizer is designed for continuous HTST pasteurizing milk, fruit juice, and other liquid food products with low viscosity. Products are mildly heated and held at a specific temperature and time, followed by quick cooling to eliminate pathogens and extend shelf life. Compared to batch pasteurization, the HTST system offers higher continuous throughput and operational efficiency. Utility costs can be further lowered if the regenerative section is used in heat exchangers.

Ice Cream 200L Freezing and Filling Equipment

This ice cream manufacturing and filling equipment set is designed specifically for small-scale producers. It consists of a continuous ice cream machine, a mobile pump, and a semi-automatic ice cream filling machine, with a capacity of approximately 200 liters per hour. This compact system is suitable for limited spaces, providing a one-stop solution for continuous ice cream production and filling needs. It helps save labor costs, enhance production efficiency, making it the optimal choice for starting ice cream mass production.

Ice Cream Continuous Freezer - Lobe Pumps

Our automatic continuous freezers provide exceptional flexibility in handling a variety of ice cream recipes. With capacities ranging from approximately 200 to 1500 l/h, they are perfectly suited for semi-industrial and larger ice cream producers. These freezers are self-contained units equipped with integrated refrigeration, ensuring convenience and efficiency. They are ready for use once the mix, air, power, and water connections are established.

 

Application
Continuous production of ice cream by the mixing, whipping, and freezing of ice cream mix and air.

Ice Cream Cups/Cones Filling Machine - Linear Type

This versatile in-line filler is used to produce automatically ice cream cups and cones with varying design, shape and size. It is constructed from 1 to 5 lanes according to container dimensions, with maximum capacity up to 7,500 pieces per hour.

Ice Cream Cups Filling Machine - Rotary Type

Our versatile rotary filler is designed to automate the production of ice cream cups, offering a wide range of design, shape, and size options. It can be customized with 1 to 2 rows, depending on the dimensions of the containers, and has a maximum capacity of up to 3,000 pieces per hour.

Ice Cream Stick / Popsicle Moulding Machine

This is versatile in-line moulding equipment to produce popsicles and ice cream sticks with capacity range from 2400 – 12000 pcs/hr. Except higher level of automation, it also has the advantages of producing complex products and easy moulds cleaning.

 

Application
Automatic, continuous production of moulded ice cream, sherbet, fruit juice or water ice on sticks.

High Pressure Homogenizer

The high-pressure homogenizers available up to 250 kg/cm2, are mainly used to break down the fat globules and particles in a food product, producing stable emulsions with smaller particle size. The second stage homogenizing valve equipped as standard helps break up fat clusters in products, also reduces noise and vibration.

 

Application

  • Dairy products: milk, yogurt, ice cream, condensed milk, butter, cheese, etc.
  • Food and beverage: soymilk, egg products, fruit juices, sauces, tomato products, etc.

UHT (Ultra-High Temperature) Sterilizer

The UHT sterilizer is designed for ultra-heat treatment or ultra-pasteurization by heating the products above 135°C. This heat treatment maximizes the destruction of microorganisms to increase the shelf life by 30 - 150 days while minimizing denaturing of the products.

 

Application
Continuous indirect UHT treatment for ESL (extended shelf life) products or aseptic products stored at ambient temperatures.

  • Dairy products: milk, flavored milk, cream and yogurt drinks.
  • Others: soy milk (plant-based milk), fruit juice, tea and coffee.

Soymilk Production Line

Automatic Rolled Sugar Cone / Ice Cream Cone Production Line

Our rolled sugar cone baking machine is designed for small and medium capacities, ranging from approximately 3,000 to 7,000 cones per hour. It consists of baking ovens, rolling machines, cooling conveyors, and counting and stacking devices. The cones are baked in the oven and then rolled into their final shape while still warm.

 

Afterward, they are cooled by ambient air and stacked for further processing. If the sugar cones are manufactured for industrial ice cream, packaging can be integrated into the production line. This involves placing the sugar cones inside special paper sleeves.
