黑沃的命名，源自最滋養肥沃的黑土，才能培育出品質最好的咖啡果實，品牌的塑造從品質開始打造。黑沃由林佩霓(SCA國際認證講師&杯測師)成立於2016年11月，同年成立三間直營門市及一間烘豆工廠，完全掌握產品開發的技術自主性。 2017年正式開放加盟，2021年成功於全台展店50餘家門市&海外第一家門市。為強化門市每一位咖啡師的專業知識及標準，黑沃極力培育咖啡師們取得SCA國際認證咖啡師資格，也在越南成立一家亞洲最大的SCA&CQI咖啡認證教室。除此之外，為了讓每一位消費者都能享受最棒的咖啡，團隊嚴選全球超過百款的精品咖啡生豆，2017年於巴拿馬成立自有精品咖啡莊園，再次強化提升咖啡豆的質與量。黑沃咖啡全力打造產、制、銷一條龍的產業鏈，為消費者進行最嚴格的把關。從產地生豆，烘焙品質到杯測結果篩選，層層嚴格把關，只為讓客人品嚐到一杯完美的精品咖啡。咖啡，是能分享給所有人的美好事物， 黑沃以咖啡為載體，致力發展為國際精品咖啡品牌。

HWC Roasters was founded by Penny Lin (SCA Certified Instructor) in November 2016.

Our company is committed to the passion in sharing high quality specialty coffee with affordable price to everyone and let tasting coffee becoming just purely an enjoyment in life.

Our core value-From farm to cup is where we start from the coffee farm by harvesting only the good quality coffee cherries, after processing it will be shipped to our own roasting factory in Taiwan and will be distributed by our own sales stores, all under one-stop control so that we can control the quality and bring to all coffee lovers a cup of good quality coffee.

We are more than delighted to provide guidance to our consumers in searching for their own favorite coffee flavor from the seemingly complicated coffee varieties as well as different processing methods.

We take pride in consistently bringing our valued customers an excellent cup of coffee. Each batch is carefully crafted, allowing us to say with confidence that you will enjoy each and every cup of our award-winning coffee.
