Products

5G Smart eCockpit of Electric Bus

5G Smart eCockpit is an electronic system including C-V2X Meter Cluster, Smart Central Control System, and Body Control Module. The C-V2X Meter Cluster is a central smart instrument cluster that integrates the information from the battery, motor, and electrical control systems, and displays all onboard information to the driver in time. At the same time, the driving information will be simultaneously sent to the cloud monitoring center to monitor road traffic.

The Smart Central Control System is an integrated system that communicates and integrates the work of all electronic modules within the bus, and controls various electronic devices, such as air conditioning control, vehicle lighting systems, and so on. The Body Control Module is the headquarters of the powertrain, responsible for controlling all the electronic components in the vehicle, and is the brain of the electric vehicle.

Virtual OBU

We have developed a Virtual OBU to integrate eight driving assistance systems including AVM(Around View Monitoring), TPMS(Tire-Pressure Monitoring System), VDR(Vehicle Data Recorder), FCW(Forward Collision Warning), LDW(Lane Departure Warning), BSD(Blind Spot Detection), DMS(Driver Monitoring System), and Alcohol Interlock.

Body Control Module( one master multiple slaves)

The Body Control Module is the headquarters of the powertrain, responsible for controlling all the electronic components in the vehicle, and is the brain of the electric vehicle.

Vehicle Data Recorder

The Vehicle Data Recorder can effectively record the driver's working hours and vehicle-related driving data. It can provide the supervision department to regularly check the driving record of the vehicle to uncover any illegal acts such as overtime and speeding. When an accident happened, it can also be used as important evidence for accident investigation and judgment.

Through the data analysis of the digital driving recorder, it can further investigate the scene of the accident. Therefore, the digital driving recorder can also be called the black box of the vehicle.

Digital Back Mirror

The Camera Monitor Systems are located on the left and right sides of the front seat. They have a high-resolution camera mounted outside the car and a display screen inside to show the surroundings, which can replace the existing traditional rearview mirrors.

The display screen is divided into two regions (upper 2/3 and lower 1/3 ), which can provide inner wheel difference, driver blind-spot detection, and A-pillar blind spot auxiliary sight to enhance driving safety. These will avoid any accidents that will regret for a lifetime.
