About us
National Cheng Kung University Hospital (NCKUH) is situated in Tainan City, a beautiful city with a large number of cultural properties and historical heritages. The approval for the establishment of the hospital was granted in 1988 and we have been accredited as a Medical Center since 1993. NCKUH provide medical, educational and research services with a history of excellent achievement and endeavor to provide comprehensive and heartwarming service to the public. With clinical departments, centers and departments of allied health, we provide not only high-quality of emergency, inpatient, outpatient and health examination services but also the tertiary care for emergent, critical, complicated and rare diseases.

Collaboration in medical and health care
In regard to international affairs, NCKUH has operated our collaboration in medical and health care with Kenya, Myanmar, India, Nepal, India and etc. since 2007.
Kenya：Establishing its first medical triage system, VAF/AVG demonstration surgery and dialysis training.
Myanmar：Developing emergency medicine system and promoting AIDS prevention.
Visited India and Nepal from 2008 to 2015 for medical service, public education and communicable disease control.
From 2018, we were entrusted by MOHW to run the New Southbound Project in India. We linked industries and assisted developing Smart Health by installing Picture archiving and communication system(PACS).
