Hepanamin ®
Liver cirrhosis, non-alcoholic fatty liver disease (NAFLD), non-alcoholic steatohepatitis (NASH), and chronic kidney disease (CKD) are the diseases that plagues many countries around the world and there are no drugs to treat. However, many research papers have shown silymarin can effectively treat the above diseases in animal and cellular studies. Due to low oral bioavailability of silymarin, the animal testing and human treatment results are inconsistent. Hepanamin®, the highest bioavailability Silymarin in the world, is prepared from milk thistle (Silybum Marianum) by G&E. To verify the silymarin bioavailability in according to the dissolution test of U.S. Pharmacopeia, silymarin in vitro water solubility must be greater than 75% to qualify the bioavailability of silymarin. Currently, only the Germany pharmaceutics product (78%) and Hepanamin® (98%) from Taiwan G&E pharmaceutics can pass all the USP standards of silymarin, and the dissolution rate of Hepanamin® ranks number one in the world. The actual animal bioavailability examination of Hepanamin® was entrusted to Development Center for Biotechnology (DCB) of Taiwan, the bioavailability of Hepanamin® is 8.5 times higher than that from German product. That is, the bioavailability of 150 mg of Hepanamin® is equivalent to 1,275 mg of Germany product. Thus, the bottleneck of low bioavailability of silymarin of the academic reports has been overcome. As the result, the diseases that were previously untreatable can be effectively improved by Hepanamin®.

LBPs WOLFBERRY HERBAL FORMULA
Lycium barbarum polysaccharides (LBPs) is extracted from Goji (Lycium barbarum) plant fruits. Goji is a traditional Chinese medicine and is long term use for eyes protection. At least 200 scientific papers have evidenced the efficacy of LBPs including retina and optic nerve protection effects which effect is lacking in the commercial lutin products. G&E extracts LBPs from Goji fruit and additions of all the necessary eyes protection ingredients such as lutin and anthocyanidin to make the LBPs herbal formula product.
