For over 40 years, Sunkist has steadily served the worldwide polyurethane foaming industry with our robust high-fidelity machines, all manufactured to order by us right here in Taiwan. Founder Ken Hwang established the principles of “Sunkist Quality” for our company’s products, spent decades hard at work building machines of every function precise to customer specifications, and cultivated a network of clients all over the globe. Because of this, we have become the only company to offer both high-end foaming and cutting machines, as well as products to serve all other functions in the foam plant. Our key markets have been foaming, mattresses, rubber, and nonwoven material in over 140 countries. Products
Circular Horizontal Cutting Machine
The SA‐2AC is fitted with a rotating circular table on which foam blocks are placed. The blade automatically adjusts its height as preset after each round of cutting and the cut pieces remain stacked for manual removal when the cutting is completed. The maximum turning speed of the table is 5 RPM, and a grinding device keeps the blade sharp during operation to ensure production efficiency and foam quality. Remove stacked foam altogether after the job is complete. Main motor is stable and noiseless. Rotation speed is adjustable.
CNC Cutting Machines
Sunkist has a whole host of CNC contour cutting machines. The SA-14AVHK has both a vertical and horizontal blade, allowing for 2.5D patterns that can be easily created or uploaded to our SUNCAD software. Only one operator required.
Sunkist also has a vertical knife design CNC cutter. The SA-14AV is also a wire-knife machine, ideal for detailed and minute contours.
Convoluter
One of Sunkist’s most popular machines, the SA-8A convoluter splits a single sheet of foam in two with a profiled side on each. The foam sheet is inserted between the patterned rollers and cut by a band knife, which comes equipped with grinding, auto-feed, and auto-stop functions to ensure the perfect cut every time. Swap out the patterned rollers for flat rollers to use as a horizontal splitter. The SA-8A is ideal for bedding and insulation manufacturers.
Automatic Vertical Cutting Machine
The SA‐3 trims and cuts foam blocks into desired sizes with a vertical blade. Guide fence position is adjustable by hand wheel, and the table unit is manually moved on sliding tracks. One of Sunkist’s classic and best-settling machines around the world.
Batch Foaming Machine
The SA‐1BM is a fully automatic discontinuous foam block production machine. It can produce rectangular and round blocks, and is compatible with flexible, high resilience (HR), rigid, semi‐rigid, and viscoelastic polyurethane materials. Consisting of a mobile mixing system, a chemical metering and recirculation system with pneumatic injection valves, and mixing time control, the SA-1BM is easily operable by three technicians to produce up to 10 blocks per hour.

Rebonding Machines
The SA‐9A completely recycles conversion plant foam waste by rebonding chips into blocks. Crushed foam enters the optional silo, then is distributed into the weight box. Set amounts enter the mixing tank, and then the two rectangle or cylinder molds for hot press and steam. Rebonded blocks can then be processed into numerous end products. Machine also includes an electric control panel with a built‐in weight display and metering system to control chemical and steam dosage.
Super Power Breaker & Crusher
We’ve combined two Sunkist classics, the SA-4ASP and the 4AHP, to give you a highly efficient and productive scrap foam chipping system that can recycle over 1000kg of waste per hour. A two-part system, this machine guarantees foam crushed as fine as our customers need. If needed, metal separators can be installed along the foam conveyor to remove impurities that may cause damage. Our systems are designed with the safety and ease of operators in mind, so operators are never in direct contact with the crushing systems, all functions are centralized on computer panels, and built-in cooling systems ensure this machine is a successful long-term investment for foam plant owners.
Laminating Machines
Sunkist’s premier laminating machines are perfect for manufacturing shoe soles, handbags, mattresses, upholstery pieces, and much more. Machine models accepts both water and solvent-based adhesives, and can quick-dry your materials for speedy processing. We laminate scouring pads, film, thermofoam, etc. and guarantee a solution to whatever product you want laminated.
Flexible Slabstock Foaming Machine
The SA-1AF is a continuous foaming machine for the production of flexible polyurethane slabstock. Our standard model is 28 meters in length, with all necessary chemical capacities for polyol, TDI, silicon, amine, stannous octoate, methyl chloride, water, air, etc. to enable foaming output of 280 kg/min. Block Cutter (Guillotine Style w/ Weighing & Spray Paint Labeling)
The guillotine-type Block Cutter is a staple add-on of the continuous foaming machine. Synchronized with the speed of foaming, the SA-C1G follows the slabstock as it cuts perfectly perpendicular cross-sections by a horizontal band knife. It can be used for both flexible and rigid foam.
