JL-63CNC is a saddle type CNC profile grinding machine which can be divided into

JL-63CNC-B and JL-63CNC-H. 

JL-63CNC-B: worktable (X axis) is driven by ballscrew. 

JL-63CNC-H: worktable (X axis) is driven by hydraulic system. 

Both machines use linear guideways for vertical feeding (Y axis) and Double-V guideways for longitudinal and cross feeding (X & Z axis).

The vertical and cross feedings are driven by servo motors, so the increment accuracy can reach 0.001mm. 

JL-50400CNC is a CNC Profile Grinder for Linear Guide Way. 

1. Fixed Double Column: 

* With Abbe's principle, the double column structure design minimizes the distance between datum line and rails.
   The thermally symmetrical double column structure makes sure the excellent structure rigidity, reduces thermal
   effects and sustains the very stable accuracy of machine in the long run. 
* JL-50400CNC can process three sides of guide rails (top + left and right sides) simultaneously with two vertical spindles and one horizontal spindle

JL-6010CNC-H is a column type CNC profile grinding machine for workpiece 600x1000mm. 

The maximum tableload can achieve 1500KGS. The vertical and cross feedings are driven by servo motors, and the least feeding unit can reach 0.0001mm. 

Therefore, high precision grinding accuracy can be realized on a large workpiece. 

JL-D16 double sided lapping/ polishing is made for lapping and polishing of flat workpieces. It is suited for semiconductor materials, like silicon wafers, sapphires, glasses, crystals, stainless steel and ceramics.

The lapping mechanism is designed to run clockwise  and counter-clockwise. Large rotary table (O.D.: 1127mm) can carry five sets of carriers to lap or polish workpieces simultaneously.

An electronic proportional valve is used to control pressure, providing stability in pressure output. Automatic thickness control is an available optional accessory.

The running speed of lower plate is variable from 20 ~ 60RPM. The upper and lower plates and the center gear are driven directly, ensuring smooth motions and transmission accuracy.

JL-2550CNC is an intelligent CNC profile grinding machine intergrated with IOT and intelligent modules to provide complete processing parameters. 

* By dressing the grinding wheels into V-shape, ball shape or different shapes, JL-2550CNC can grind various workpieces, such as concave, convex, ladder, grooves, L-shape. 

* The system integrates with IOT to provide complete information of operating status, alarm, processing parameters and grinding quality to customers for revision and tracking. 

The intelligent module can save costs of additional measuring devices, reduce time and personal error of manual operation.  

* High rigidity and high accuracy of structure ensure the machine service life, stability and extreme excellent grinding accuracy. For a 200 x 200mm workpiece, the flatness after processing is under 2um; the parallelism is  under 1.5um, and the surface roughness is even less than 0.3um. 

JL-4080CNC-H is a saddle type CNC profile grinder for workpieces under 400mm x 800mm. With different design in structure and function, our JL-4080CNC can be further divided into JL-4080CNC-344 for creep feed grinding and JL-4080CNC-341 for longwise grinding.  

The vertical movement (Y-axis) and longitudinal movement (Z-axis) are driven by CNC motor, and the cross movement (X-axis) is driven by hydraulic system. 

Double-V guideways and precision scraping on X-axis and Z-axis worktable make the table move smoothly. FANUC, SIMENS or SYNTEC controller for options. 

Joen Lih's high precision column-type surface grinders, including 5010ATDII to 7040ATDII, can realize super precise grinding accuracy of large workpieces. 

* Excellent Accuracy:
- Optimized structure and high rigidity castings ensure stable accuracy.

- X & Z axes travel on double V slide ways coated with Turcite B. 

- Hand scrapping minizes the change of oil film on the track. 

- Ultra-precision machining and mirror finishing can be performed by 

   adjusting the environment. 

- Flatness with 1um, surface roughness within 0.02um.

* High precision spindle: 

- The catridge-type spindle use high precision P4 bearings and fully

   sealed grease lubrication. 

* Precision Infeed of Vertical Axis: 

- Linear guide way and ball screws are used on vertical axis, which

  improve the smoothness and realize better grinding accuracy. 

- Vertical is driven by AC servo motor and controlled by MPG which

  provide higher control accuracy and more convenient operation.

- With automatic control system, the feeding accuracy can reach

  0.001mm. 

JL-100VG is a high precision vertical rotary grinder equipped with hydrastatic work table and Fanuc controller, which is made for internal grinding of cylindrical workpieces. 

1. JL-300SCG II is used in grinding 8-inch to 12-inch wafers. It is specially produced for hard and brittle materials, such as reclaimed wafers, silicon wafers, silicon carbide, sapphire, ceramics and composite materials.  

2. JL-300SCGII uses high-rigid aerostatics spindle which features in high cleanliness, high speed, long service life, low noise and low vibration. 

3. The spindle has special designs of a built-in motor and central coolant through function. The spindle rotational accuracy can achieve 0.1 micro. 

4. Both aerostatic spindle and ceramic vacuum suction worktable have central coolant through design, so you don't need to worry about the overheat problem. 

5. Longitudinal Z-axis feeding resolution can reach to 0.1µm to achieve extremely accurate positioning and grinding. 

6. While grinding 12 inch of wafers, JL-300SCGII can grind 50µm of thickness. The grinding accuracy is 3µm, and the surface roughness of wafers can reach to 0.012µm.
