The precision mechanism is composed of several steel alloy parts,
and these parts need to go through precision fine blanking stamping, machining, heat treatment, and assembly.

--The mechanism is made of aluminum and zinc alloy high pressure die casting parts, steel alloy find blanking stamping parts, plastic injection parts, spring and shaft ..etc. These parts will be assembled after machining, heat treatment, electric plating, black oxide, painting and other surface treatments.

The aluminum alloy cases are used to assemble PCB and lens of optical electric camera); to lessen the gas hole left on casting,
the aluminum cases need to adopt squeeze die casting method
to manufacture, and to go through anodizing and painting ,
then with mechanical machining and screen painting process.
