Products
Mecanum Wheel
HICKWALL continuously improves and upgrades the Mecanum wheel's lifespan, structural strength and vibration values. We have equipment specially used to test the endurance of Mecanum wheel, and use multiple grades of materials applying different sizes Mecanum wheel, combined with the most stringent testing conditions, to improve the Mecanum wheels to their ideal state. Our biggest advantage is to extend the endurance of our products and ensure that the vehicle will not cause any problems due to insufficient strength and excessive vibration when driving.
Mecanum Wheel consists of a series of rollers obliquely attached to the circumference of the wheel rim. When Mecanum wheel spins, the propelling force is generated only in the direction of the roller axis. Thus, by commanding the wheels to spin in various combinations of directions, the vehicle can move omnidirectionally and in any direction at any time. With Mecanum wheels, you can maneuver reliably, even with heavy loads. Such kinematic characteristics makes Mecanum wheel a popular element for automated guided vehicles (AGVs) and autonomous mobile robots (AMRs).
AGV / AMR Wheel
AGV stands for Automated Guided Vehicle. AGV casters are applicable to AGV and robots. Standard casters using in AGV for 24 hours running will result in the problems of durability and radius of gyration. Our AGV casters will prevent work failure and accidents of AGV.
Caster
The dynamic performance of starting, turning and turning is mainly affected by factors such as the tread of the caster, the type of bearing, the size of the single wheel, the overall load and the environmental ground.
The flexibility of dynamic control is affected by the number and installation position of casters installed on the machine equipment.
The above factors will also affect the bearing capacity, rotational force, guiding force, radius of gyration and stability of the machine equipment.
Leveling feet
The base of our leveling tripod has many different materials: aluminum alloy, stainless steel, nylon, rubber, and general metal; as for the screw material is mainly galvanized, electro-painted black paint, and stainless steel.
According to the selected products, it can be applied to clean room equipment, aluminum extrusion equipment, vibration machinery equipment, conveying equipment and automation machinery equipment, etc.
Aluminum accessories
Our products mainly include 2 series, 4 series, 5 series, 6 series and 8 series, these varieties of series can be matched with various aluminum extrusion structures, suitable for clean room equipment, conveying equipment, automation machinery equipment, industrial system cabinets and display racks, etc.
