About us
Young Americana Supply originates from the retail shop “West Coast” set up by Dada Supreme in 1995. The first shop was located at Ximending in Taipei City, which at the Japanese occupation was already a commercial district.
West Coast was formed in 1995 and sold exclusively merchandise related to American movies, NBA, as well as HIP HOP outfits. In a couple of years, it had become the must-visit and must-buy chain store for the fans who adore street culture in Taiwan. West Coast had become the agent of the American sports brand DADA SUPREME since 2000 and was successfully purchased in 2014.
The original founder, Tony Kuo created a new brand in October 2015. With his abundant experiences in retail, sales and brand. The sports supplies brand has been hatched: YOUNG AMERICANA SUPPLY(Y.A.S). Products are marketed to the United States, the Philippines, Hong Kong, Macao, China, Taiwan ... and other places, with its trademark in more than 10 countries.
Y.A.S was first known as the brand of producing footwear products, but we also make products such as skincare, footwear, and sportswear. Our goal is to become a leader in sports maintenance. We have numerous leading technologies and ideas, fully designed to meet the needs of users.
Our product includes shoe care, skincare, footwear, and sportswear. They have been sold in more than 1,000 stores in many countries around the world. Gradually we become the trusted premium footwear care brand in the hearts of consumers. And that is how ¨Y.A.S Shoe Care Center" was born!
2019, our first shoe care center was opened in Daan, Taipei. A compound store designed with simple American style mainly provides cleaning and maintenance services for shoes, hats, and bags, including shoe cleaning, color-changing, whitening, applying soles protector for sneakers etc. We also sell many Y.A.S products in-store.
Nowadays, people’s demand for footwear maintenance is increasing along with the high unit price of sneakers. We spend a lot of time on the development and research of new products, and more services will be launched in the future. Our goal is to meet today's diversified footwear needs and to provide more services according to customers' needs.
