About us
前身は鉄やアルミ製高級車安全部品を生産する鍛造専門OEM工場の吉徳応用材料は2019年に設立された。40年余りの現場経験より得られた専門技術を持つ。
2009年、開発方針は高級宇宙航空アルミ冷間鍛造製品向けに転換した。その後8年間、自動車部品分野で高い評価を得て、国際知名ブランドのOEM生産工場として採用され、現在も続いている。
宇宙航空アルミ合金応用技術及び宇宙航空用金属材料の表面処理技術をさらに進化させるため、2019年吉徳応用材料(YAMARU Co.)を設立し、高強度や軽量化した自動車・バイクの冷間鍛造部品の生産や販売のほか、陽極処理や特殊３Dフルカラー金属表面塗布技術の開発を含めた宇宙航空向けアルミ合金表面処理関連技術の応用に開発資源を集中した。

YAMARU is a forging factory which specified in manufacturing steel and aluminum automobile safety parts with over 40 years’ experience.
We provides not only quality guaranteed steel wheel lug nuts and bolts, but also high-strength and light-weight automobile/motorcycle cold forging parts.
We also focused on aluminum alloy surface treatment relating technologies, which include anodization and special 3D full color metal surface coating technology.

陽極酸化層は盾となり、紫外線による照射を効果的に防止し、ラグナットの色と外観を長期間維持します。

均一なサイズと精密なネジ山により、ホイールボルトへの安定した確実な装着を実現します。
- 強度と耐久性
冷間鍛造プロセスにより、7075アルミニウム合金ラグナットの強度と耐久性を向上させ、破裂を防ぎます。
