Thailand M-flow Project​

First MLFF Gantry in Thailand

FETCi joined the M9 pilot project of expressway electronic toll collection in September 2020 and replicated Taiwan's successful multi-lane free-flow technology in the M-Flow project to assist Thai customers in importing electronic toll collection front-end systems and back-end management systems. Through the TCVS, vehicle identification > data integration > data verification can effectively save manpower, reduce the billing error rate, and improve the vehicle identification rate. The introduction of vehicle feature recognition allows matching with vehicle features when license plate recognition is not effective; multi-angle license plate recognition can correct the angle of the photo taken to improve the accuracy of license plate recognition; AI intelligent recognition engine can continuously improve performance and recognition rate with independent learning and feedback loop of operation.

Image Review as a Service

AI Vehicle Recognition solution enables accurate and efficient license plate recognition and vehicle recognition in high-speed and low-speed environments. combines several AI technologies and business logic, synergized self-learning feedback loops, and advances beyond the traditional image review concept to achieve high accuracy and reliability.

FETCi AI ANPR is a software library solution for automatic license recognition and vehicle video analytics. It not only can read car plates in English, Chinese, Thai, Indian, Vietnamese, and many more characters as well as country, state, and province. It can also identify plate color, vehicle color, model, make, and vehicle signature as add-ons to increase automated accuracy. 

FETCi AI AVC is a laser-based automatic vehicle classification solution that can sense an object’s dimension and map it with vehicle type including height, width, and length. Axels and wheel counting are also optional in the product feature. By calibrating vehicle data, FETCi employs AI techniques to automatically classify vehicle types into passenger car, truck, bus, pick-up truck, and trailer based on the country’s regulations. 

 

Intelligent Management Center (IMC)

Intelligent Management Center, for short we call it IMC. IMC works twenty four seven, monitoring roadside units on highways and equipment in cooperative e-parking lots. IMC also responsible for controlling networks and communications as well as environmental factors for the Roadside system.
