AVATACK is a global leading adhesive tape manufacturer that develops and manufactures state of the art single-sided and double-sided adhesive tapes. Products
Biodegradable Resins
Biodegradable and compostable resin is a composite material which can be decomposed into carbon and water under industrial composting environment within 6 months, and complies with EN13432 compostable standard.
Biodegradable resin can be utilized for various methods of processing, for example, blowing, extrusion, thermoforming, injection molding, and lamination.
For our customers' sustainable solutions, we have 2 main categories of products:
1. AVABIO
- rigid texture, applicable for producing bag, film, shrink film, tray, straw, tape, label, etc.
2. AVALOPEC
- softer texture, containing bio-based material(starch), applicable for producing mulch film, soft or flexible packaging, etc.
The material does not contain PP, PE, PS, PVC, PET and other plastizers.
Also, using biodegradable and compostable material helps the reduction of carbon emission after incineration compared to traditional plastics.
Biodegradable Tape
Made In Taiwan, 2021 Taiwan Excellence Award.
- Using biodegradable film combined with environmentally-friendly emulsion adhesive.
- Transparent backing with good printability. Logo can be printed.
- Hand tearable and easy to use.
- Reducing the pollution of plastic waste and carbon emission.
- Applicable for packaging, logistics, stationery etc.
Biodegradable Label
Biodegradable & compostable label is made of film combined with biodegradable adhesive.
- Biodegradable film material is certified by DIN CERTCO (Germany) and Green PLA (Japan).
- Under the proper composting conditions, more than 90% of material can be decomposed within 180 days, turning into CO2 and water without causing environmental pollution.
- The specification is variable according to customer's demands.
- Excellent conformability. Embossing or 3D patterns are applicable.
- Applications: Logistics, consumer product label, packaging label, etc.
Biodegradable & Compostable Mulch Film
Avatack can provide manufacturing service for biodegradable & Compostable mulch film with different specifiactions according to customer's demand.
- Biodegradable and compostable mulch film helps maintaining soil moisture, inhibiting weeds, improving the quality of agriculture crops.
- The film can be decomposed in natural environment without causing the pollution comparing to the traditional mulch sheet.
- Reducing labor time and cost, can replace traditional mulch sheet and help resolve plastic pollution.
Biodegradable Bag
Avatack can provide manufacturing service for several kinds of biodegradable bags.
- Biodegradable bag has good tensile strength, great weight tolerance.
- suitable for logistics and delivery usages.
- Available in multiple sizes and thickness according to customer's demand.
- Courier bags which include emulsion based self adhesive are also available.
Biodegradable Straw
Avatack can provide manufacturing service for biodegradable straw which is made of biodegradable and compostable material.
- Sturdy and can poke holes through the plastic cover easily.
- not soggy and can be reused.
- No odor, suitable for beverages.
- Flathead type and slanted type are selectable.
Biodegradable Tray
Avatack can provide manufacturing service for biodegradable packaging such as tray or lunch box.
- Good tensile strength. Can replace conventional plastic tray materials.
- Suitable for single-use application, solving the pollution problems caused by disposable plastic waste.
- Combustible without generate harmful substances, helping carbon reduction.
- Available in multiple sizes and thickness according to customer's demand.
