About us

The history of Dadong can trace back to early 50’s, when Debbie’s grandfather funded the “Shunxing Tea Corporation” in 1954, Miaoli, Taiwan. The majority of business supplied to the tea shops which mainly exporting high quality Taiwan teas to oversea market.

 

The unique Taiwan tea processing skills passed on to Debbie’s father from grandpa, and the skills were well preserved within the family. Debbie grew up and fully immersive within the tradition and culture of Taiwan teas.

 

The third generation, Debbie, take on the family tradition and not only keeps producing high-quality award winning teas in retail tea market, but also developed premium commercial-used teas for unique Taiwan milk tea chain store industry.

Products

Oolong tea for commercial use

Yunxiang Oolong Tea

We use the tender leaf tea cyanine and use the slow roasting method to make the tea have the aroma of rice husk and ripe fruit after 2-3 times of over-roasting. The aftertaste is sweet and mouthwatering.

Oolong Green Tea

It is a small-leaf oolong tea. We use medium and heavy roasting techniques to give the tea a strong aroma.

Black Tea for Commercial use

Trinity Specialty Black Tea
Mixed with Taiwan No. 18 Black Tea, Kenya Black Tea and Sri Lanka Black Tea.

Balanced mixed and perfectly made for milk tea.

Recommended use on milk tea. 
Oriental Summer Breeze Black Tea

Tea leaves develop a unique fruity scent through being sucked by an insect called Jacobiasca formosana.

The taste is smooth, delicate and elegant.

It’s suitable as base tea to make fruit tea blending.

Green tea for Commercial use

Premium Jasmine Tea

This three scented tea is made with fresh mountain green tea and fresh jasmine flowers.

It has thick taste and fresh jasmine aroma. It’s suitable as a base tea for milk tea and fruit tea blending. 
San-Ing green Tea with the hint of jasmine

This three scented tea is made with fresh mountain green tea and fresh jasmine flowers. It has thick taste and fresh jasmine aroma.

It’s suitable as a base tea for milk tea and fruit tea blending.

 

Qing Tea for commercial use

A grade Sijichun

This is Taiwan’s Four Seasons Spring tea species from the high mountainous in Nantou.

The tea has the aroma of orchid and osmanthus. We create the world’s only tea with the aroma of gardenia, osmanthus and orchid through our unique roasting process. The tea soup is clear and transparent and has an elegant aroma.

It’s suitable as a base tea for fruit tea blending. 

High Mountain Qing Tea

We follow the ancient method to gradually heat up the slow roasting method, which makes the tea taste sweet, full of throat rhythm and endless aftertaste. The color of the tea soup is golden amber, translucent and clear.It’s suitable as a base tea for drinking tea blending.
